Matt Brooks maintains an active teaching schedule. He currently instructs classes Saturdays @ 11:00am at The Yoga Studio located at 6245 N. College Ave., Indianapolis, IN (317) 255-9642.
Classes are designed to take you deep into postures while developing an improved understanding of the mind and body. In addition, he often sub classes at The Yoga Studio, so check the schedule!
Whether it’s Vinyasa, Hot Power, Hatha, or Yin, when we explore the physical body of the asana practice, we are opening the stored energy in the body. This makes us more alert, alive, and aware. Strive to pursue the best parts of you by focusing on your yoga practice and watch your life improve. In addition to his current teaching schedule, Matt is available for private, small group and corporate yoga instructions.
